About Us
Assalamu alaikum. In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
With the guiding principles “Let clothing be for worship” and “Let business serve both worlds”, WaFi Lifestyle started its online journey in April 2023. Our goal is to run a business that follows Islamic values and principles.
The Almighty Allah says: “O believers! Enter fully into Islam and do not follow the footsteps of Shaytan. Surely, he is your clear enemy.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 208)
The Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) said: “Whoever imitates a people is considered one of them.” (Abu Dawood, 4031). He (SAWS) also said: “He who imitates anyone other than us is not from among us. Do not imitate the Jews and Christians.” (Tirmidhi, 2695). And He (SAWS) also said: “Truthful and trustworthy businessmen will be with the Prophets, the truthful ones, and the martyrs on the Day of Judgment.” (Tirmidhi, 1209)
Following above mentioned order by the Almighty Allah & teaching from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), Wahid Islam Zia, the owner of WaFi Lifestyle, launched a small production unit and online sales of Islamic Clothing with support from his 100% export-oriented garment factory, Genetic Fashions Limited in April 2023. In February 2024, the first physical showroom was opened in Sector 9, Uttara, Dhaka.
The name WAFI stands for “Worship Allah Following Islam”. The Almighty Allah says: “……Cooperate with one another in goodness and righteousness….”(Surah Al-Maidah, Ayah 2). We sincerely request you to continue supporting this purposeful journey with your love, prayers, and valuable advice. Jajhakumullahu Khairon.
