Return And Exchange

- At WaFi Lifestyle, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our promise of quality, modesty, and satisfaction. We believe in honesty, fairness, and customer care in accordance with Islamic values. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help you.
✅ Terms of Return or Exchange
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the products.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.
❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
• Discounts or Promotional Items.
• Used, washed & damaged Items.
• Items with perfume or stains.
• Hijabs, caps, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or altered items
• All above items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
🔁 Exchange Policy
• You may exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Please contact us via Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp/Email and provide your order number or Invoice and reason for exchange.
• If the item requested for exchange is not available, a suitable alternative or store credit will be offered.
• Customers must bear the shipping cost for exchange unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
💰 Return & Refund Policy
• Please contact our Customer Care via Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp/Email before sending back any product, and provide your order number or Invoice and reason for return/exchange.
• In case of return, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method (based on your preference and eligibility).
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping/Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
💬 Defective or Wrong Item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, in shaa Allah.

!!! Cancellation of orders
If you want to cancel an order after just placing it and before it is shipped to you, then please contact us immediately. We process your order very quickly after it is placed, sometimes in just a few hours, and so the time frame is very short.
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund it and you will not be charged anything.
• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for both the outward shipping and return fees.
• If you refuse the parcel, or Delivery Agent is unable to reach you and we are forced to retract the shipment, you will be charged for both the outward shipping and return fees.
